Toberua Island, Fiji

We spent four days on Toberua Island, a small (4 acre) private island off the east coast of Viti Levu. The island has 15 bures (traditional Fijian thatched-roof bungalows) for guests. To get there, we flew from LAX to Nadi, Fiji. Then we flew from Nadi to Suva on a small plane. Then we took a taxi along a dirt road to get to the baot landing. Then we took a boat to Toberua.
